I specialize in creating beautiful, natural school portraits for Tacoma-area schools and early education programs. My process is designed to make picture day easy for schools, fun for kids, and rewarding for parents.

  • As a Tacoma school photographer serving preschools through high schools, I provide everything you need for a smooth, organized, and enjoyable picture day.

    About two weeks before picture day, I’ll send the school all prep materials to share with families, and from there, I handle all communication, parent questions, and ordering so your staff doesn’t have to.

    Each student receives an online gallery featuring 2–5 images in both color and black and white.
    Galleries can be password-protected for privacy, or set to open access, whichever option best fits your school’s preferences.

    Parents can order prints, digital files (with print release), and package options directly online.

    In addition to student portraits, I also provide:

    • Staff headshots and group photos (complimentary)

    • Class and composite photos

    • Digital yearbook files formatted to your specifications

    • Student ID photos and administrative images ready for school use

    All print orders are delivered to the school within four weeks for easy distribution to families.
    If your school has unique needs, I’m happy to customize the workflow for you.

  • There is no upfront cost to the school.

    Families only pay when they choose to order prints or digital images. Pricing is competitive with large national companies, but with a more personalized, high-quality experience.

    I offer packages and à la carte options, allowing families to order exactly what they love.

  • I work with each school to schedule portrait day at the time that fits best for your calendar.

    Many schools choose the fall for traditional portraits, winter for make-up sessions, and spring for refreshed images or graduation photos.

    Whether you’re a preschool, elementary, middle, or high school, I’ll make sure the process fits your needs.

  • Very little! I simply ask that you share the picture day prep materials I provide with families via email or your parent communication system.

    On picture day, I bring all equipment, lighting, backdrops, and setup tools, so your staff doesn’t need to provide anything.
    I handle setup, photography, and clean-up to ensure a stress-free, efficient process for everyone.
